23 May Welcome to Khandapda ITC Khandapada ITC was established in the year 2008 and is managed by Mahalaxmi Binodini Memorial Charitable Trust (MBMCT) , it is affiliated to NCVT and duly approved by SCTE&VT, Odisha with DGET No.:- DGET-6/18/27/2008-TC.
